Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production and Solder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and testing of ruggedized computers and displays, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards for durability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering and assembly tasks in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that may arise.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in soldering or electronics is a plus.
- Proven experience in PCB soldering and similar work is a plus.
- Familiarity with IPC standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of electronic components and circuitry is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
