Title: Analyst, FRD Author, Technology
Location: Philadelphia, PA

We’re searching for an Analyst, FRD Author who can contribute to project success throughout the complete lifecycle. You will be working with a team of highly talented individuals in Strategy, Marketing, Media, Creative and Technology to help drive results for our clients.
- Authors FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
- Defines and document functional requirements and specifications
- Provides input into other deliverables as appropriate
- Work with cross capability teams to ensure all functional requirements are captured accurately
- Attends meetings to gather input for Functional Requirements
- Responsible for quality and timely delivery of the FRD
To qualify, you’ll need:
- Four-year degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of work experience with data entry and maintenance
- To be a highly motivated individual with a strong record of professional achievement
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
- Ability to identify and communicate project and team risks to senior team members and/or leadership
- Proven track record of meeting established deadlines
- Experience engaging on multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience working within project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum and Waterfall a plus
- Familiarity with the marketing technologies such as websites, emails, banners, databases
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with standard business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, etc.; as well as industry-specific tools JIRA
- Creative agency experience a plus
- Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
