Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Alterations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and possess excellent sewing skills. As an Alterations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality alteration services to our customers.

Alteration Associate

Dillard's is looking for a positive, self-motivated Alteration Associate.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Has experience in a commercial/industrial alteration environment.
  • Has a working knowledge of all alteration shop functions including RTW and Tailored alterations, pressing and the proper usage of all shop equipment (straight stitch, blindstitch, serger, button machine, steam press/boiler, iron).
  • Has excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Quality minded with timeliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.42 - $22.18 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
