The Brand Leaders role is to grow the sales and service of the Clinique Brand by increasing personal productivity and the productivity of the beauty advisors assigned to the zone. The Brand Leader is responsible for the daily in store coaching and development of new and existing beauty advisors. The Brand Leader will work and sell side by side with all zone associates while modeling, teaching and coaching behaviors that lead to increased sales. Outstanding customer service skills and previous leadership experience required. Must be highly motivated and results orientated. Computer savvy.
