Our Cosmetic Sales Associates have a passion for fashion, an openness to learn, excellent communication skills and a desire to be the best. Dillard's will provide ongoing product and sales training to help our Cosmetic Sales Associates exceed their goals.

Minimum of 2 years Cosmetic experience required.
