Fragrance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting sales in our retail environment. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of beauty products and services to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, personalized service
- Assist customers in selecting the right products or services based on their needs
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the Millennium POS system and cash register accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of beauty products, cosmetics, and cosmetology is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
