Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications primarily using HTML, CSS , React and JavaScript
• Collaborate with other team members and the business to ensure we deliver the best possible product
• Research problems, make accurate code changes in a timely manner, test all changes, and then follow up to ensure the desired results are achieved
• Learn the business environment and collaborate with internal and external teams

Required Skills

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
• 2 years of experience as an Front End Developer, UI/UX Designer or similar role
• BS / MS degree in computer science, graphics design, interaction design, or 5 years equivalent professional experience
• Attention to detail in UI implementation
• Advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
• Server Side React and GraphQL
• React Hooks, functional components and class based components
• CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS
• SSR frameworks like Next.js or Gatsby
• Web performance and optimization
• Node.js build systems and task runners like WebPack, and Gulp.js

Desired Skills

• Working collaboratively or on an Agile team
• Quick learner who enjoys a fast paced environment
• Personality and drive to handle multiple projects
• Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• UI frameworks and principles like Bootstrap, Material Design, or Foundation
• Wire-framing, prototyping and brainstorming in a team environment
• Photoshop or Adobe XD
