What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Sales Associate position at Dillard's, Inc.?
Looking for a full-time selling specialist in a variety of selling areas within a department store. Associates will be trained within a single department in order to be able to assist guests with particular needs with a high level of customer service and specific product knowledge. Selling areas include home goods, cosmetics, lingerie, shoes, and multiple areas of Ready to Wear clothing
Primary Responsibilities:
- Front-line sales and customer experience
- Maintain a professional selling environment, including a well merchandized and maintained sales area, including registers and fitting rooms
- Maintain working knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers.
- Manage inventory and pricing standards.
- Accurate and efficient register and cash handling
- Additional duties as assigned
Schedules are flexible, but some weekend and evening (until 8 p.m.) availability is a minimum requirement for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
