Retail Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Assist customers with their purchases and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Proficiency in technology sales, including knowledge of different devices and operating systems
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Ability to handle stock inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
