We are looking for a Business Manager to run our Lingerie department!
*This position requires you to have open availability.
In addition to your hourly pay, you also have bonus opportunities!
Monthly Bonus Opportunity:
$100 Per Month if the WKC Exceeds 1% - 4.99% over last years numbers
Or $450 Per Month if the WKC Exceeds 5% or more over last years numbers
*Eligibility for Monthly Bonuses starts with your First Full Month in the Position. (On our Dillards fiscal calendar)
Bonus Opportunity:
You Will Receive…
3% of your personal lingerie sales each month
*Bonuses are paid monthly and are only paid to associates who are active Dillard's employees for the entire first week of the month following the month for which the bonus or commission is calculated.
*Goals for the Monthly Bonus Opportunity may be adjusted due to major calendar shifts in Promotions, Holidays, Etc.
Core Job Responsibilities:
To participate in the selection of a high performance team. To maintain a high performance team
through educating, coaching, motivating, and appraising performance. To set, communicate, and
monitor your team's productivity and service goals, monitor associate productivity and service levels, and provide on-going feedback. To manage the team's schedule within budgeted hours and based on business needs. To assign lingerie associates their day-to-day tasks and direct their work, relative
to sales and service techniques. To exercise independent judgement in the hiring, promoting, assignment, and compensation of your team, and in conjunction with the Store Manager to effectively recommend such action. To recommend and administer discipline up to and including discharge, in coordination with the Store Manager.
Responsibilities also include meeting your personal sales goals, serving as your team's leader by
modeling and instructing an elevated 5 Star Client Experience, and achieving the highest levels
of service indicators. To build a repeat-business clientele by utilizing C@D and maintaining
scheduled appointments daily.
To consistently achieve wkc sales goals - daily, weekly, monthly, and annual. To be proficient
in Dillard's Systems to plan, analyze, execute and coach daily sales goals. To lead the successful
execution of all programmed and wkc-created events, promotions, and activities delivering sales
goal. Responsible for product inventory management and ensure proper merchandising,
presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
