### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your assigned department. Your main goal will be to ensure the department meets sales targets, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a positive working environment for employees.

### Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of employees within the department

- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data

- Train and develop employees on sales techniques and product knowledge

- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve employee performance

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Assist with inventory management and replenishment

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales and management experience

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices

- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees

- This is a position has a management pay platform and commission on sales. It is a long-term career position intended to grow clientele in the Texas Panhandle, and ultimately be the face for Professional Men's Tailored Clothing and Expert in our marketing area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,896.00 - $77,485.00 per year
