Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Overview:
DTR is seeking an experienced and motivated (AGM) Assistant General Manager to join our team.

As the AGM, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our SouthPark establishment. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for the food and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage production and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure exceptional service standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong food service management experience, preferably in an Upscale Fast Casual Restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Proven ability to effectively manage shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Bartending experience is a plus

-Sommelier Experience in ordering, stocking, selling and training
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Solid understanding of food production processes and quality control measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $54,500.00 - $57,700.00 per year
