Dimond Media is hiring for a game and puzzle company.
We are currently seeking an executive/personal assistant to provide all-encompassing support to the CEO of a fun, creative, and innovative tech company.
The ideal candidate is someone who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and creative in all aspects of life. Someone who is tech and social media savvy, adaptable, and a quick learner will be most successful in this role.
You’ll be working in tandem with the current executive team to keep the CEO’s life running smoothly, including general admin duties such as travel research and booking, calendaring, communicating with other executives and partners both internally and externally, contract review, researching crypto conferences and web3 related events and news, and running point on various home tasks. Duties will likely evolve over time so the ability to ebb and flow is important.
This role requires a specific creative skillset and eye for design, someone who follows a creative thought process and can offer sideways solutions to non-straight forward challenges, is comfortable implementing unique ideas, utilizes creative design templates, etc.
This is a mostly remote position however there is an in-person aspect as it relates to some of the personal tasks, so you must be willing and able to work out of the home in Glendale or local co-working spaces as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
