The managing broker will pioneer our vision from the start of the office into its full potential.
The managing broker will be the spear head in the day to day operations of the brokerage. They will handle HR functions, licensing issues of agents within the brokerage, recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of new agents and facilitating the continuous education and opportunities for all.
Responsibilities
- Help to grow the office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members
- First “go-to” person for new and existing agents
- Develop and maintain training materials and schedule to ensure all agents’ performances meet our high standards. [Trainings may include weekly new-agent huddles, buyers training, listing training, and transaction type trainings]
- Monitor lead follow up and coach skillful follow up habits
Qualifications
- A valid real estate license, and real estate brokerage license
- Real estate background including transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
- Strong ability to multitask
- Service based attitude
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- 5 years of real estate experience
- 2 years of management experience
