Job Summary:
BRIC is seeking a Management Analyst to join their growing team!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of human resources packages for federal hires and for laboratory M&O assignments to DOE headquarters
- Support GMS’ Program Support Specialist in communicating information to employees on time and attendance, training, benefits, annual performance cycle, etc
- Support logistics requests related to on-boarding and off-boarding of federal and contractor employees; support includes:
- Liaising with the three GMS programs to maintain situational awareness of upcoming arrivals and departures
- Determining equipment needs for incoming employees and processing equipment requests
- Determining office space needs for incoming employees and maintaining an updated office floorplan
- Maintaining updated staffing rosters, email distributions and phone list for current employees
- Working with employees to return equipment and completing off-boarding process
- Prepare delegation of authority memos for senior leadership
- Process visitor memos for GMS Front Office staff
- Process requests for security clearance transfers for meetings
- Support scheduling for senior leadership
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
- Ability obtains a DOE Q (Top Secret equivalent) security clearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to prioritize multiple overlapping requests, proactively anticipating needs
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal direction and supervision.
- Possess extreme confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
