We are seeking an organized and experienced individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for administrative work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable utilizing AutoCad, Sigma Nest & Microsoft Office applications, managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying organized amidst fast-paced deadlines and fluctuating priorities. Our Company provides comprehensive benefits including health insurance, and a generous retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Type documents and presentations.
  • Perform out in the field measures.
  • Assist with preparation for meetings.
  • Maintain and organize databases about projects.
  • Research and write company reports.
  • Track information about projects.
  • Create and run surveys and perform data analysis.
  • Monitor project status, create reports, and notify supervisor of any issues that arise.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
