Job Description
The Basilica School of Saint Mary, a Catholic Pre-K through eighth grade Parish School in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant.
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant (AA) to join our staff supporting our School Principal. This individual will manage the Principal’s schedule, write the Principal’s communications and correspondence, and support event planning and general office activities. A successful candidate will be energetic, highly organized, technologically savvy, a team player, and seeks to work in a Catholic school. The AA to the Principal is a full-time position. We are currently seeking to fill this position effective immediately.
The Basilica School is committed to providing our students and families with excellence in Catholic education. We are in beautiful Old Town Alexandria, VA, Diocese of Arlington. Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Physical Demands
Stairs, lift 20 lbs, travel through the campus
