Blessed Sacrament School is seeking a full-time administrative assistant for the 2024-2025 school year. The start date for this position is June 17, 2024.
The administrative assistant is responsible for ensuring that the school maintains strong communications between parents and the principal. Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, strong organizational skills, and practice communicating with parents and the general public.
He/she is skilled in managing multiple tasks, is organized, a self-starter and can work well with little direction. He/she can organize documentation, order needed supplies/textbooks, manage registration and admissions. In addition, a successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Power School data system. Experience working in a school is a plus.
