The position of our Digital, Social, and Ecommerce Manager will work with the CEO, Director of Marketing, and Diono’s digital partners to accelerate the growth of our digital business, unlocking the potential of e commerce, social media, and marketplaces.
You will be digitally savvy, commercially driven, with high energy used to working in a fast growing digitally focused business. You must have in depth working experience of Big Commerce, Meta, Tik Tok, and all Google business tools and the associated APPS that add to the core, and processes, and portals.
Responsibilities include creating and executing Diono's digital marketing strategies to accelerate the growth of our digital business and unlock the potential of e-commerce. In addition, working with Diono's web, content writers, and social media agencies to develop compelling online content that attracts new visitors and encourages them to take action.
You will be a natural marketeer, and able to communicate to colleagues, partners, and customers. Delivering to deadlines on time is a given. You will get excited about developing commercial plans that deliver quickly and you enjoy the thrill of seeing the objectives achieved.
You will be an experienced project manager, used to working with multiple agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. A natural marketeer, you will contribute to developing Diono’s digital and marketing strategy.
Salary Range
$90,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus paid bi-monthly in arrears.
E-COMMERCE, DIONO.COM
The Digital, Social and Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the execution of the strategy, management, development and commercial trading of Diono.com in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. You will deliver daily, weekly, and monthly the objectives defined by the CEO and director of Marketing, and report metrics.
SOCIAL MEDIA
The Digital, Social and Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the execution of the Diono social media strategy. Working with the PNW premier social media agency Project Bionic and internal stakeholders you will ensure that campaigns are executed, analyzed improved building audiences. You will pull together weekly reports and reviews and attend the weekly strategy and management meetings.
MARKETPLACES
You will be responsible for the delivery of the Diono Marketplace strategies. Working internal stakeholders you will develop, agree, and execute a commercially driven trading plan ensuring that campaigns and assets are executed. You will pull together weekly reports and reviews and attend the weekly strategies and management meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management
- Developing, and then executing an innovative and aggressive growth business plan with defined commercial targets
- Business Reporting weekly to include performance, promotional performance, agency performance
- To develop and the execute product level marketing strategies to win market share from core competitors including content, pricing promotions etc.
- Liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders through telephone, video, and face to face meetings.
- To work with the CEO and Director of Marketing and Product development to help define Diono’s digital proposition, and the roadmap of development moving forward
- Create project plans for each business need
- To maintain consistent Diono brand, graphic, and editorial standards across all platforms and sites
- To manage multiple agencies day to day working closely with the CEO and Director of Marketing. To include Social Media, Affiliate, SEO/PPC, Marketplaces.
CORE COMPENCIES/EXPERIENCES
- A bachelor’s degree or similar in business/commercial/project management, with a digital or marketing foundation.
- Can demonstrate experience in managing complex projects, within a digital and marketing framework
- Can demonstrate on time on budget project delivery.
- Proficient with project management software, ideally Basecamp. Effortlessly interacts with Google and Microsoft tools and other digital platforms.
- Essential experience and deep understanding is required of Big Commerce, Feedonomics, Facebook/Meta business manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Impact, Klayvio, Yotpo, and other leading edge systems
- Has worked with marketplace platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target plus, Meta, Best Buy ideally through Feedonomics
- Technology, desktop, and mobile savvy.
- Proficient and able to demonstrate success in SEO and SEA. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of Search and Social.
- Technology and mobile savvy, hungry to keep ahead of a changing world.
- Excellent communication skills, written, video and verbal, excellent project presentation skills. Loves video meetings and owns the screen!
- Proactive and restless, with energy and passion. Achieves results through collaboration. Outstanding attention to detail
- A strong work ethic, a team player. An ability to perform under pressure and work in a rapidly growing changing business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience of web development or digital management
SUMMARY OF BENEFITS
At Diono we offer our employees a benefit package that includes an HSA or PPO Medical plan, Dental, and Vision, as well as Life and Long-Term Disability insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Available are HSA, FSA medical and dependent care accounts. There is also a 401k plan and match. Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 30 days from hire date for the employee, dependent coverage is available at the employee expense. We offer a generous PTO accrual of 4 weeks per year and six paid holidays, plus a Diono Day (one personal holiday). Along with generous employee discounts we typically have fresh fruit, coffee, and healthy snacks available in our lunchroom at our Sumner office.
