The DA Associate’s program is a 3 - 6 month paid training program with full time employment potential. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing field and be mentored by experienced leaders as you kick-start your career!
- During your internship you will have the opportunity to work on any number of teams including SEO, eCommerce, Social Media, Business Development, Paid Search, Amazon and Account Management to name a few.
- We’ll work with you to assess your interests and skill sets so you’re matched with the team that best fits you.
Ways You'll Make an Impact:
- Work with and learn from an expert, supportive team
- Work on a variety of clients/verticals (including e-commerce, entertainment, mobile apps) and manage daily execution of paid search campaigns that drive revenue/sales/users while maintaining effective cost per acquisition (CPA) or return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Learn, develop and implement performance driven campaign strategies and optimizations for clients
- Research and understand client business models, products/services, verticals, and competition to create and manage campaigns that drive true business profitability and growth
- Work with search team and directly with clients to communicate campaign results, strategy, issues or needs
- Deep dive into analytics data to form the basis of campaign strategies and optimization
- Work with different channels teams to develop successful omni-channel strategies
- Learn and expand beyond search distribution to effectively run campaigns on Youtube, social platforms, display, Amazon Ads, Apple Search Ads, SEO, new Adwords Betas and more!
- Analyze and optimize campaigns from a variety of perspectives including conversion rates, keyword bids, impression shares, seasonal/geographical trends, search queries, keyword and ad copy research and development, landing pages, conversion funnel, quality score, competition, distribution channels, etc to achieve maximum ROI for clients
- Work with business development to audit and develop custom pitches
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Finance, or Math
- 6 months of experience in Search Marketing, preferably with e-commerce/entertainment/direct response clients
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently
- Possess a "big picture" perspective, but immediately willing to 'roll up your sleeves,’ and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Having an expert understanding of customer acquisition and direct response online marketing a big plus
- Proven career growth and successes
- Familiarity with HTML, website design, and web analytics. CSS and Javascript is a plus

Special Notes
- This role will be located in our LA office and our office is now open for hybrid work on a 3-2 schedule. You must reside, or be willing to relocate, within commuting distance of the office for this role.
