The Quality Assurance Manager will be a key member in our operations team and will assist training and quality to ensure worker training skills verification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Deliver a quality training experience to installers
• Inspect all procedures, specification, methods, and results of production and installation.
• Review all project/task records for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure that the latest revision of corporate quality procedures and installation standards are being always used.
• Internal audits to verify compliance to regulation and standards.
• Participate in driving the demand planning process and ensure effective scheduling.
• Provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of key trends for managers as required.
• Responsible for application of best practice.
• Comply with all relevant safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in managing all aspects of projects within the low voltage cabling sector.
• Proficient with MS Office including MS Excel, word, and email.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of building systems.
