Direct Solar is currently seeking Regional Sales Managers to oversee a territory as we expand into new markets across the U.S. The Regional Sales Manager would be in charge of day-to-day operations for our Direct-to-Consumer sales campaign. Our ideal candidate is one who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams, both in the office and in the field. This is a long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company. The successful candidate can expect to earn $150,000 within their first year of work. The chosen candidates will be required to train in the Las Vegas market for a minimum period of 3 to 6 months(3-6).
We are looking for experienced door knockers, solar professionals, or individuals with a Sales Management background. If that is you, we want to meet you. Upon completion of the Sales Rep, Sales Trainer, and Regional Sales Manager training programs, the candidate will relocate to oversee operations of our Direct to Consumer Solar campaign in the selected region. The first one and a half to 3 months of work will be primarily field-focused. This is a commission position within a highly lucrative industry.
Compensation:$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
