Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Family Law team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our legal operations, assisting with a variety of administrative and legal tasks. This role involves supporting a partner and two paralegals, maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for attorneys and paralegals, including file management and electronic filing.
• Handling client communications and coordinating potential client consultations.
• Managing attorney schedules and coordinating various meetings and legal proceedings.
• Document management, including preparation, retrieval, and organization for trials and other legal events.
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of all client and firm information.
• Utilize firm technology platforms proficiently, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and iManage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in a family law environment.
• Proficiency in standard office software and legal database management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
