Directcare is a mobile testing service that provides high profile clients with a "concierge" style service that allows them to be tested for COVID-19 and COVID-19 antibodies.
Our mission is to make healthcare convenient by delivering reliable services directly to your home. Directcare offers its clients independently validated testing by CLIA-certified labs in compliance with FDA notification guidelines under the 2020 Emergency Use Authorization Act. We've assembled a team of certified allied medical providers who are passionate about delivering top tier concierge service at every appointment. Our goal is to assist our clients with new safety measures by implementing testing protocols for staff and employees that are aligned with local requirements.
Responsibilities:
Enter variety of data using current technology, assist with scheduling as needed.
Prepare and organize supplies for ordering and record keeping, maintaining inventory, and shipping needs.
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes for mobile phlebotomist staff.
Review and enter data updates in the systems for shipping tracking, scheduling, vendor management, employee requests, organizing, and training materials.
Provide information about our products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns.
Review scheduling and assist with incoming calls from mobile field staff and clients.
Advise supervisor of issues related to low supplies.
Qualifications:
Weekend Availability Required*
Previous experience in Data Entry and other related fields
Excellent Typing Skills (40 WPM)
Strong Organizational Skills
Deadline and Detail-Oriented
Reliable Transportation (Required to travel up to 30 miles)
Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites
Pay Rate: $18-$20 Hourly
Location: Los Angeles, California (Headquarters)
Schedule: Variable (Due to Business Demands)
