We're looking for an independent, detail-oriented person with a high level of organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate and execute fundraising events with other staff, multi-task the administrative duties inside the office and will also be required to work in tandem with the Director of Business Development, programming staff, and volunteers. A very thorough understanding of recent computer programs, excel, outlook, etc. is a must, along with the ability to embrace new program options.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent people skills with outgoing personality
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing office operations, coordinating and communicating with personnel, and fulfilling administrative duties such as preparing and distributing correspondence, photocopying and filing documents and maintaining documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Exective Director and staff
- Coordinate and lead fundraising events
- Process invoices and payments. General bookkeeping
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, forwarding calls to appropriate parties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
