ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

- Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of core administration duties.
- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Responsible for improving and documenting the technical processes around application support.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management.
- The employee is responsible for reading and shall strictly adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training that have been or that may hereafter be established by or applicable to Company for the conduct of its employees, and further, Employee shall strictly adhere to all the provisions of the Company’s handbook(s).
- Collaborate with peers to design and implement software solutions.
- Develop and maintain batch scripts using Java or JSON for data processing tasks.
- Create and maintain UI scripts using JavaScript to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
- Write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from databases.
- Provide software support to peers / co-workers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
