SUMMARY
The Assistant Store Manager provides leadership for the entire front end and receiving areas. He or she should create and lead a team that is passionate about selling and servicing our customers.
Responsibilities include all aspects of associate development, customer services, store maintenance and financial responsibilities.
Here is what we do : Closing the Loop with Channel Control Merchants
- Rate of pay $14.00
- Paid weekly
- 401k After 6months with 3% - 5% match

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a customer friendly environment. Outstanding standards should be maintained by making sure each store associate greets customers, has solid product knowledge and achieves all
- Lead appropriate monthly meetings (ex. Safety Meeting) and assess all changes from the meetings.
- Perform all Store Manager functions of opening and closing the store, as needed
- Complete associate schedules and maintain attendance records in a timely manner
- Timely and accurate completion of all internal reporting processes
- Assure staffing needs of the Store and Company are met by maintaining outstanding hiring standards, and recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates on a regular basis.
Encouraging associates to refer qualified candidates is crucial
Additional responsibilities to be determined as business needs arise
