POSITION SUMMARY
Purveyor - Team Leads are expected to lead by example. Team Leads are self-motivated individuals who are passionate about coaching team members and monitoring their overall progress.
They will help team members perform their duties, coach new team members, and will help drive productivity and success of the sales team. Team Leads will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
CORE JOB DUTIES
· Excellent customer service skills and holds the knowledge and vision for the brand
· Performs opening and closing duties, cash handling, inventory handling, team meetings, overseeing cleaning, and organization
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting expectations for team members
· Supporting the management team with tasks such as inventory audits, cash audits, re-stocking the sales floor, inventory maintenance, and more
· Excellent communication and listening skills – responsible for distributing information to team members.
· Knowledgeable in cannabis product as well as latest industry trends
· Compliant in upholding company policies, procedures, and state regulations
· Use POS/cash handling systems
· Other tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
· Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC)
· Must be 21 years of age
· Must be able to obtain a State issued Cannabis agent card
· Must not have been convicted of any felony offense
· Ability to work within a closely supervised environment
· A minimum of 1 years of experience is required
· Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
· Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis
· May be required to work nights and weekends
· Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED
Assists with research, communications, or any other assigned projects/tasks.
JOB SCOPE
Operates with direct supervision from the General Manager and Assistant Dispensary Manager. Follows established policies and procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures, as necessary, to perform job duties and tasks.
