Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lives and shares The Dream and philosophies and assists others to realize their dream; connects employees to Company vision and purpose
- Participates in Customer Master Data recruitment, hiring, training, employee development and performance management
- Provides direction and feedback on the day-to-day activities of employees
- Communicates clear job expectations, goals and development opportunities to Customer Master Data employees
- Prepares employee development plans; recommends appropriate action to upper management
- Conducts performance reviews
- Coaches and mentors Customer Master Data employees
- Serves as an escalation point for interpersonal and operational employee challenges
- Regularly meets with employees in a one-on-one setting
- Manages work schedules and performs time keeping activities
- Monitors and adjusts employee workloads
- Monitors department projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality level
- Gathers, tracks and reports department attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to upper management
- Ensures the highest level of Customer Delight by promoting and providing excellent customer service
- Ensures Company procedures are followed, including the tracking and publishing of metrics
- Works collaboratively across departments to identify and resolve risks, conflicts and challenges, recommends resolution and implementing process improvements
- Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies; brings forward solutions and serves as a Trusted Expert
- Participates in Company management initiatives such as: meetings, conferences, and committees
- Develops and maintains departmental governance procedures
- Supports decisions made by Company leadership
Specific duties to Customer Master Data Management
- Deliver new products or enhance existing products by working directly with other business, technology, data, and operations partners
- Develop and execute on customer data roadmaps, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, ensuring that engineering and data best practices are followed
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase engineering efficiency and quality
- Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies
- Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning
- Provides direction and feedback on employee goals and achievements. Conducts performance reviews
- Communicates clear job expectations, goals and development opportunities to employees
- Prepares employee development plans. Coaches, counsels and leads department employees
- Serves as an escalation point for interpersonal and operational employee challenges
- Monitors department projects to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality level. Monitors and adjusts employee workloads

- Works with leaders and members from other IT departments in order to coordinate technology services and products that enhance the delivery and implementation of the technology strategy and roadmap
- Stays current on the latest industry technologies, trends, and strategies; brings forward solutions and serves as a Trusted Expert
- Manages several large and complex programs concurrently, and identifies dependencies relative to other initiatives within the Enterprise
- Stays current on the latest software development methodologies, trends and techniques, and spearheads improvements that support efficient, quality application development
- Effectively manages competing priorities and ensures that all project and department milestones are met within the approved timeline and budget
- Manage and mentor engineering team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years' experience in data or software engineering, business data and statistical analysis required.
- At least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and best practices.
- Experience in Informatica hybrid on-prem and cloud technologies
- Proven track record of delivering highly effective customer experiences at scale with clear, measurable benefits
- Experienced strategic leader with an in-depth understanding of data technologies, APIs, data protection and security
- Strong technical skills in data engineering, architecture, and data best practices
- Proven leadership skills surrounding change management and organization development, including the ability to develop talent and build a high performing team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strategic and critical thinking, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
- Proven planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Experience leading teams in mixed agile and waterfall models
- Demonstrated business acumen with an expert knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy is necessary
- Must be highly organized, extremely detail oriented with strong leadership experience
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is a key attribute
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal oriented, and time sensitive environment

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data management and privacy
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or related experience
- Professional certifications are a plus.
