We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Clinic Supervisor for our fast-paced Chiropractic Wellness Center. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a busy environment and has experience managing a team in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, billing, and patient check-in/check-out
- Manage a team of receptionists and/or chiropractic assistants, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records system
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and event planning
- Work closely with the chiropractor and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of chiropractic care and wellness practices a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
