Responsible for handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls for Acquisitions and Verification.
Responsibilities
- Reviews and satisfies services related to Patriot Act requirements.
- Takes telephone credit applications.
- Reviews other applications in accordance with company policies and proceduresStudents, Frozen Credit FIle, Adverse Action calls, etc.
Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in Credit Call Center
