Job Description
What You’ll Do
Leads business problem resolution and improvement ideas from identification through resolution. Works across teams and business partners and drives work forward to provide timely and quality investigation and solutions complex issues. Evaluates the implications of customer impact and implements strategies and system improvements to support business operations. Utilizes data to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, foster collaboration, and problem-solve issues.
How You’ll Do It
- Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.
- Document and present findings to business partners and leadership.
- Lead performance improvement implementations.
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements within deadlines.
- Ensure operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.
- Documents processes and process flows.
- Drives the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.
The Basics:
- Bachelor's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
- 4 years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
- In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience in customer service or financial services operations
- Master's degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field
- 4 years of experience in applicable line of business (deposits, personal loans, student loans), or related field
- Overall rating on most recent performance evaluation is a “Meets Expectations” or above
- May not be on a corrective action plan or performance improvement plan.
