Job Description
Shift Requirements
8:00am - 5:30pm EST
12:00pm - 9:00pm EST
With rotating Saturdays (8AM - 12PM EST)
Competitive Wage:
Starting wage of $20.08 per hour with an opportunity to earn a monthly incentive.
What You'll Do
Contact customers who have fallen past due in making payments. Utilize professional and persuasive communications skills to keep the goodwill of customers.
Attempt to contact customers and third parties at all numbers. Arrange acceptable payment programs with customers that have fallen past due on their account.
Utilize professional and persuasive communication skills to maintain the goodwill of customers.
How You'll Do It
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Review past due accounts and call customer to arrange an acceptable payment program for accounts from which sufficient funds cannot be collected.
Review credit and other available information on delinquent accounts, evaluate prospects for collection of delinquent amount.
Arrange payment programs for delinquent accounts. Ensure terms are acceptable to the company and the customer.
Provide feedback to management on effectiveness of processes and suggestions on process improvements. Provide feedback to account managers regarding escalations, including techniques used to secure payment.
Handle difficult collection calls as determined by center management.
Qualifications You'll Need
Basics
H.S. Diploma or GED
4 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, or related field
