Class Start Date: November 7, 2022
Shift Requirements: We offer both morning and evening shifts, depending on your region. All shifts are Monday - Friday w/weekends
Available shifts range from:
(D E & O H ) START times of 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM, or 3:30 PM ET
(U T & AZ) START times of 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM or 1:30 PM MT
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour (Up to $22.44 per hour with night and weekends shift differential.)

What You’ll Do
Handle both inbound and outbound telephone calls for acquisitions and verification.
How You’ll Do It
Review and satisfy services related to Patriot Act requirements.
Take telephone credit applications.
Review other applications in accordance with company policies and procedures—Students, Frozen Credit File, Adverse Action calls, etc.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
High school diploma or GED
1 years of experience in credit call center
Bonus Points If You Have
A quiet workspace
Internet service with a minimum speed of 5 mbps
Personal smartphone or a tablet
