Job Description
What You'll Do
- Responsible for managing a team that performs advanced analytics and provides intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues to business partners. Conducts advanced analytic analyses, including both qualitative and quantitative to identify trends, variations, patterns, and insights. Ensures team members produce accurate and on-time delivery of analyses and recommendations.
- Partners with business and process owners to identify, build, and implement models and strategies. Presents findings from analyses and makes recommendations to leadership.
- Partners with leadership to ensure understanding of requirements and performance levers for each analysis. Identifies value drivers and partners with business and process owners to define success measures.
- Use advanced analytics to provide business partners with intelligence and recommendations to solve business issues.

Qualifications You'll Need
- Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or related technical/quantitative field
- 6 years of experience in quantitative/analytics/data science role leading advanced analytics at scale, or related field
- 1 years of experience in people leadership, managing a team of analysts
- In lieu of a master's degree, 8 years of experience in quantitative/analytics/data science role with a bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field
Bonus Points If You Have
- 8 years of experience in quantitative/analytics/data science role leading advanced analytics at scale, or related field
- 2 years of experience in people leadership, managing a team of analysts
