Minimum Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or equivalent board certification (in good standing with board requirements)
- State Licensure (where applicable)
- Ability to be credentialed with commercial and state insurances
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable means of transportation (we do not transport clients)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in applicable states)
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
- Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels and behaviors
- Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to communicate and summarize information clearly and concisely in written form
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (in applicable states)
- Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
- Desire to be a positive influence in their community and in the lives of the client Discovery ABA services
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in a supervisory role in the field of ABA
Active NPI and CAQH
Knowledge of insurance payers in your area and applicable billing codes and practices.
Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach).
Experience working in the home, community, school and clinic settings.
A desire to drive growth while maintaining a focus on clinical excellence and standards.
Experience with leadership of a behavior technician team and driving training and growth to support the team.
Salary : $70 - $80
