THE TYPE OF BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN - BT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with children in special needs or mental health settings
- Experience in related roles such as DSP, paraprofessional, behavioral health technician, mental health technician, behavior technician, or social worker
A strong ability to provide 1:1 interaction with children is preferred!
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN - BT
This full- or part-time ABA therapy position is flexible between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend availability may be required to accommodate client needs.
As a Behavioral Technician - BT, you begin with a warm welcome from a young child eager to learn and grow. You step into their world, providing 1:1 ABA therapy tailored to their unique needs, whether it's in the comfort of their home, at their school, or within our center. Throughout the day, you implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of our expert team, collect valuable data on progress, and offer unwavering support and encouragement.
