Troubadour Housekeepers fill an essential function: ensuring the facilities stay in pristine order and restocking supplies for everyday functions.
Wage: $21 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Collects and takes all dirty linen and towels/rags to the laundry station and places them in the washer and dryer
- Folds clean towels and robes and returns to the locker rooms
- Empties and relines all waste containers
- Checks all soap dispensers and paper products in the restrooms, locker rooms and kitchens prior to member activities
- Takes down and stores chairs and tables from previous evening events and prepares all areas for new events, including a new set up
- Cleans and refills ashtrays with sand, stamp with Summit logo
- Cleans glass on windows and doors
- Cleans and shines all brass, doors, banisters and railings
- Cleans all outside patio tables and chairs
- Hoses down all pool decking as needed, brushes deck if necessary
- Cleans all mirrors in the fitness area and restrooms
- Cleans clubhouse offices (collects trash, vacuums and dusts)
- Cleans employee offices and commissary area.
- Keeps lobby, conference rooms and dining rooms clean and organized; chairs under tables
- Restocks all employee kitchens/cafeterias with cups, napkins, plates and utensils
- Picks up clean linen and rags from laundry station and delivers to the kitchens and dining rooms
- Detail cleaning not to exceed two weeks in duration between detail cleanings of: ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, room high and low corners, sky lights, door sills, door tops, tops of decorative and operational furniture
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Safety conscious at all times in use of machinery and chemicals to avoid injury to self and others.
- Works and promotes a team environment.
- Be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
- Be able to stand for lengths of time.
