The Role
As the Senior Accountant you will have a hand in all supporting the entire Finance team. From support of building our financials and monthly close to analysis and ad hoc projects. You will plan an important role at our rapidly growing company. Our HQ is in Seattle, but we are highly dispersed around the globe and this role is open for all US remote locations. Our growth and distributed workforce requires a team player who can ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness while supporting our fun, positive, inclusive culture of collaboration and hard work. You will work closely with Team Finance and report to the VP of Finance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with and support the existing Finance Team that operates the day to day world of accounting.
- Assist with various month-end close functions including some review including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly close analysis and financial reporting.
- Assist the VP of Finance (CPA) in supporting GAAP processes for potential future financial audit
- Lead analysis work related to product costs
- Support on any and all responsibilities and functions within the month end close checklist
- Support the team with Accounts Payable processes
- Support Accounts Receivables, invoicing, collections and customer facing matters
- Take point on the Accounting team email inbox for customer inquiries
- Assist is preparing internal and external financial reports as well as budget & reforecast
What You’ve Done Before
- B.S. in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Accounting with familiarity of US GAAP
- Must be EXCELLENT with Excel and GoogleSheets
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to anticipate and proactively recommend solutions

Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
