Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead our post-paid wireless carrier team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, driving product offerings and promotions, and overseeing the analytics team to ensure we make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, GTM, and finance to optimize revenue and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for post-paid wireless products and services
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions
- Work with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to construct offers that drive growth and profitability
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making for pricing, promotions, and product development
- Develop pricing models and tools to help sales and marketing teams optimize product and service offerings
- Manage a team of analysts responsible for providing pricing and analytical support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure alignment and achievement of revenue targets
- Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company is competitive and compliant
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or business administration
- 8 years of experience in pricing strategy and product development preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Experience with analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization, segmentation, and regression analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing a team of analysts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Salary Range
Compensation: $115,500.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
