Leading the development of highly targeted and profitable product, service and vertical strategies designed to drive incremental revenue growth and expanded market share while also increasing the overall portfolio value
- Defining market positioning, competitive landscape and customer needs
- Identifying, evaluating, planning, developing and executing plans, programs, promotions, bundles, and features designed to attract customers to purchase incremental products and services that keeps customer connected while also meeting KPIs
- Partnering with cross-functional SMEs in several areas including Program Management Office, IT, Product, Care, Sales, Sales Operations, Brand/Creative, Web, Finance and Customer Experience.
- Business ownership and subject matter expert for the product category along with day-to-day lifecycle management
- Evaluating, monitoring and reporting on the performance of products in the market and communicating the results of related sales and marketing efforts
- Partner relationship management
- Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- BS or BA in Business, Marketing or related field
- Strong background in developing creative go-to-market strategies and following through with execution and analysis
- Excellent project management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
- Preference for position to be in Littleton, Colorado
Desired skills / experience:
- Product management or marketing experience a plus
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in the wireless industry a plus
- Adept at building relationships and driving cohesion
- Strong relationship skills in order to work cross functionally and leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome obstacles
