Serve as the sturdy bridge between our central corporate operations and the thousands of field operations teams we have in our customers’ homes daily. We need proven, Field Leaders to help develop and implement strategic programs focused on growing our OnTech Smart Services business, build dynamic training processes that drive quality with every installation/set-up we make, and provide
powerful mentorship and guidance to leaders in a specific geographic territory and make OnTech Smart Services as relevant as possible.

In this role, you will:
- Act as an advocate for the customer.

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate and coach Field Teams regarding OnTech processes, policies,
and technologies. Develop plans on-site with the Field Teams that will drive the behaviors that deliver results. - Coach and train Field Teams on current and new processes, policies, and technologies.
- Assist the OnTech Installation Specialists in supporting the field via ZINC.
- Monitors and responds to issues with regard to all customer-impacting activities.
- Manage operational performance and deliver continuous process improvement.
- Take the initiative to start, manage, and deliver multiple objectives under tight and/or ambiguous time frames.
- Communicate regularly with Executive, Regional, and Corporate Leadership to determine and develop business priorities.

Additional requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University strongly preferred and 5 years related
experience; including 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- A strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to obtain an elevated understanding of processes, procedures and responsibilities performed by our Field Teams
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel up to 50% of your time
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, working in small spaces and/or various heights, work in all climates and safely operate a motor vehicle
