Contract Title Specialist (Part-Time)

The Contract Title Specialist will be part of the Sales Support Integration Team whose primary focus is to assist and support existing Members of the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) with post-closing questions, concerns, and management of their Membership. As a Contract Title Specialist, you will become proficient in every task performed within the department and will support leadership with different projects and reporting needs.

You will report to the Sales Support Integration Operations Manager.

This is a Part-Time role, 29 hour/week position.

What You Will Do

• Assist, respond, and work with Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members via phone and email correspondence with post-closing membership needs.

• Prepare and process Right of First Refusal notifications.

• Review legal documents for accuracy.

• Request and review title searches.

• Assist the Leadership Team with departmental reporting.

• Assist with name changes.

• Searches public records and has an understanding of legal descriptions and title matters in various jurisdictions.

• Assist with various departmental tasks based on operational needs.

• Be a Notary, including Online Notary.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Work well in high-pressure environment with changing priorities.

• Work well independently.

• Demonstrate Guest service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong process orientation with a mindset for continually driving increased efficiencies.

• Effective team orientation with willingness to exchange ideas.

• Ability to handle a large volume of transactions within required timelines.

• Proficiency with computer systems including OMS, Salesforce, WISHES, AMI, Member System, MS Word and Excel.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in real property transactions.

• Licensed Title Agent.

• Proven Disney Vacation Club product understanding.

• Florida Notary License.

• Proven effective sales support skills.

Education

• High School Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
