Our growing business is looking for a full-time accounting clerk.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist accounting team with all aspects of Bookkeeping
  • Maintain accounts receivables including invoices, collection of payments, and report
  • Maintain accounts payable including invoice entry and issuing payment
  • Reconciliation of credit cards and other current accounts
  • Sales and accounting reports on weekly basis
  • Maintain customer and vendor lists
  • General filing, data entry, and office work
  • Occasional front desk and reception duties

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • General accounting skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Formula driven spreadsheets
  • Personable disposition including phone and reception skills
  • Multi-tasking and admin support
  • Self-motivated, independent
  • Small company/enterprise culture

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
