Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming packages and shipments
- Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they are properly labeled and documented
- Unload, unpack, and stock items in designated warehouse locations
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and update stock levels
- Operate a forklift to move and transport materials within the warehouse
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role preferred
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and procedures
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory tracking software
- Ability to accurately count, label, and document incoming shipments
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a plus
- Experience with shipping and receiving in an e-commerce environment is desirable
- Proficiency in using AS400 or similar systems is a plus
