Duties:
- Provide direct care and education on pregnancy and family planning methods so clients can make an informed decision.
- Engages with diverse populations, creates nursing care plans, and advocates for high-risk populations.
- Provide services in the school setting, office setting and/or via tele-health.
- Oversight and detailed work on clinical services and mentoring staff.
- Works in a culturally competence and non-judgmental manner with all clients, coworkers, peers, and supervisors.
- Works in cooperation with the Medical Director on creating, implementing, and training on policies and procedures.
- Insures program fidelity to accreditation requirements and nursing standards of care.
- Complete and maintain accurate, adequate, and timely records in computer software products such as Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records software, and similar products.
- Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to serve clientele in a tactful, objective, respectful manner while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Masters Degree Prepared
- Licensed in Michigan
- One year of providing community health, pediatric, Women’s Health and/or family planning services preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Michigan identification and reliable means of transportation.
- Current Health Care Provider CPR.
- Attend meetings, seminars, etc. which may require overnight travel and evenings and/or weekends.
- Present during regular office hours. Not a virtual position.
- Ability to provide services to vulnerable populations in a culturally competent, inclusive, and non-judgmental manner.
Salary: Starting hourly rate of $37.34 per hour in accordance with current Union contract plus full benefit package. Wage increases to $38.44 after successful probation period.
