This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Global Product Management (GPM) team to provide high-level support to the VP and the entire team. The position requires strong organizational skills, flexibility and the initiative to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This opportunity will require at least 3 days in the office located in Lake Zurich, IL.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel; manage all details pertaining to reservations and itineraries.
- Prepare expense reports and manage various department credit for purchases. Apply and implement internal policies and provide training as needed.
- Organize group meetings including travel arrangements, lunch and dinner reservations and communication with attendees on plans.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Answer telephone calls, takes message and respond to calls in a timely manner.
- Prepare various reports utilizing Excel and other systems..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
