Administrative Assistant| MIAMI CENTER Miami FL|6 Months
Role Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Advisor's portfolio of relationships with maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues
- Provide strong support to the Wealth Advisor's team across periodic reviews for KYC, Account Activity, AML, etc.
- Process a variety of daily administrative account servicing tasks
- Lead account opening applications, profiling of clients in internal systems, and building strong operational knowledge base
Qualifications
- Interest in Financial Services with prior experience working with Bankers and/or Financial Advisors a plus.
- Proficient in software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Well organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Portuguese
- KYC/AML profiling experience (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
