Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Duration: 05 months (Possible Extension / Conversion)
Skill Required:
This is a clerical accounting position to support the Cards Accounting team. The position will largely be consistent of reviewing client data, identifying discrepancies, and performing required updates to ensure the accounting records are complete and accurate. Duties will include data entry, balancing of activity, and other clerical accounting activity.
- Basic Excel skills (saving, sorting, searching, updating, and formatting fields).
- Basic computer skills such as the ability to utilize email, instant messenger, Zoom.
- Clerical Accounting skills with an understanding of debits and credits and how to balance activity.
- Communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
- Organizational skills.
- High level of accuracy with data entry.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks with a low error rate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
