Position Overview:

are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Consultant to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in identifying and capturing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales & Planning: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, key account management, and strategic partnerships. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers. - Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and achieve win-win outcomes. 3. Collaboration & Cross-functional Teamwork: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals. - Ensure successful product launches and customer onboarding through effective coordination with internal teams. 4. Sales Presentations & Reporting: - Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase Simublade's products

and services to prospective clients. - Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and market insights to management. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior leadership. 5. Networking & Industry Engagement: - Represent Simublade at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads. - Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements: -

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Proven experience (5 years) in business development, sales, or consulting roles, preferably in IT services or software development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), mobile app development, and AI technologies. - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. - Strong skills in lead generation, strategic planning, key account management, and negotiation. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. - Willingness to travel as needed.
